WebCT findings confirmed a well-delineated, slightly lateralized central osteolytic lesion of the vertebral body that was surrounded by a sclerotic rim and in contact with the superior surface of the vertebral body. The interruption of the superior vertebral endplate was clearly visualized on sagittal two-dimensional reconstructions (Fig. 2A, 2B ).
