WebDWM uses more memory for Intel iGPUs because of having no VRAM like dGPUs have, 300-600MB is still normal behavior with Intel iGPU. You obviously dont know what the memorly leak issue was all about. I was part of helping Intel to find out how the issue is triggered and I was also beta testing the driver before this release.
