You have the initial "I've ovulated" rise, then 3-5 days later a slight drop, then a second rise. Your chart might look triphasic but it won't be - it'll just have a fallback rise. Some ladies even go below their coverline. It drop by .23 this morning below the coverline. I did get up at 4.30 to tend to the LO, but previously I’ve taken temp at wake up time and then normal time and there has only been a minimal change (i.e. 0.02). I’ve never had this on any of my charts previously. It’s too early for implantation dip.
